ASL 2 Lessons in My Absence
Here is a list of ASL lessons for you to complete during my absence from school. It is very important that you complete these ASL lessons on time. I will monitor your homework assignments during my absence. If you successfully complete all the following lessons on time, you will be given an extra credit with one homework-free weekend!
As for your homework assignments, please create a home video showing what you have just learned or studied in ASL or type a double-spaced homework paper (if any) completely in a proper order according to the ASL lessons below and send it by email to your ASL teacher at email@example.com. Be sure to complete the lesson and homework assignment before next ASL lesson you are to work on.
You are encouraged to practice signing with your classmates as frequently as you could. It would definitely improve your ASL skills. You could contact your classmates to meet and practice together at school, library, or your house.
As for your home video, please be sure to introduce your home video with your full name, which ASL class you are in, and which unit number, i.e., “Unit 3.9” in that order. When you complete your home video, please send it to your ASL teacher on time by email. If you are unable to send it by email because of large video size, you could upload it to the Youtube website and give me your URL name so that I could watch it from the Youtube website.
If you need visual ASL dictionary for any ASL lessons or your home video, you could check “Links” on the ASL website.
